Lanley Homes is pleased to confirm that they have completed the acquisition of a new site in Leyland off Langdale Road and will soon be starting work on the development.
The new Woodlands scheme is an exclusive development which will provide 14 new family homes. The homes will be a mixture of sizes from 4 bedrooms upwards.
These new homes will be constructed to the highest standards and attention detail in both the design and finishes. They will offer generous floor spaces allowing for open plan kitchen, dining and family spaces, as well as spacious bedrooms. These houses have been designed with a traditional feel, yet have a contemporary edge, focused on simple, easy family living.
Neil McManus, Senior Development Manager at Lanley Homes commented “Lanley have been building high quality low volume housing since 1988 and aim to provide a product that is more bespoke than traditional volume house building. Over the last few years we have completed schemes in Croston, Freckleton and Lea Town and are currently on site at our Bowland View development in Great Eccleston.
The Woodlands scheme is a great addition to our growing portfolio and benefits from its excellent location within the catchment area of Balshaw's Church of England High School, and good transport links with Junction 28 of the M6 a short distance away.”
Work on site is expected to commence shortly with the first houses expected to be ready for occupation this autumn. Anyone interested in the scheme can register their interest by contacting the Lanley team on 01257 238438 or via email at info@lanleyhomes.co.uk.
Neil added “Lanley Homes are always looking for new sites within the north west of England which would be ideal for the development of between3 & 25 houses.”
